TERMS OF SERVICE

❥ The artist has the right to post commissioned artworks on social media and use them as samples for advertising. In such cases, the customer will be credited as the owner of the commission.
❥ Client must credit the artist when posting their commission.
❥ Client is not allowed to: use the artist's artwork in any AI tool, edit the artwork, copy or claim it as their own.
❥ If the client wants to remain anonymous when the work is posted, give the artist a heads-up.PAYMENT PROCESS
❥ Full payment is required upfront upon receiving the initial sketch. (Negotiable)
❥ Payments are accepted via bank transfer and PayPal only. A fee of $2.29 (₫60,000) should be included in the final payment if you transfer through Paypal.
Currencies: US dollar ($/USD), Vietnamese Dong (₫/VND) (Vietnamese clients only)
When paying for an order, please use the following format:

P.S.: For Paypal, please be mindful not to message anything about paying for commission or things related to R18.REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
❥ Refunds are possible up until the final sketch has been approved.
❥ Both parties are allowed to cancel the commission before payment.
❥ Once a commission is canceled, the sketch may not be used to commission other artists.
❥ The artist reserves the right to refund and cancel the commission if the artist experiences a high workload or encounters unforeseen issues.TIMELINE & PROCESS
❥ Commission deadlines will vary depending on the complexity of the project, with the shortest turnaround being 2 weeks. Kindly specify any deadlines you may have. Any delay that occurs will be informed when needed.
❥ Please provide a detailed description of your ideas, including references (ref). You may use platforms such as Notion, Google Docs, or any other suitable format.
❥ Final pose and idea have to be somewhat different from the given references to avoid heavy referencing.
❥ The client should mention any specific size or format requirements before the start of the sketch.
❥ Finished files will be sent and updated through a Drive folder.REVISIONS
❥ The client is entitled to a maximum of 3 revisions for the sketch. Any additional revisions beyond this will incur a charge of $0.50 (₫10,000) per revision. The adjustment limit for completed pieces is 2 revisions (for minor details). Revisions due to misinterpretation of references will be provided free of charge.TEMPORARY PRIVACY
❥ Extra 10% of the total bill. The commission will be kept private for 6 months and will be posted normally after.REMINDER
❥ I may not always proactively provide updates on your commission status due to irregular schedules. If you have any concerns regarding the progress of your commission, please feel free to send a polite reminder.
❥ I will not forget or cancel your order without valid reasons. Please bear with me if I cannot meet the original deadline or if delays extend up to several months.

❥ Mình có quyền được phép đăng tranh commission lên mạng xã hội và dùng chúng làm sample để quảng bá, và khách sẽ được credit là chủ nhân của commission.

❥ Chỉ nhận chuyển khoản ngân hàng và Paypal. Nếu trả qua Paypal cần kèm thêm phụ phí là $2.29 (₫60,000)
Khi thanh toán đơn xin hãy viết theo form:

❥ Một khi commission đã bị hủy thì khách sẽ không thể dùng sketch mình đã làm để đi commission người khác.
❥ Mình có quyền hủy đơn và hoàn tiền cho bạn nếu khối lượng công việc của mình quá nhiều hoặc bản thân gặp vấn đề bất chợt.THỜI GIAN VÀ TIẾN TRÌNH LÀM VIỆC
❥ Deadline sẽ thay đổi tùy theo độ phức tạp của commission, với thời hạn ngắn nhất là 2 tuần. Nếu có deadline (hoặc không) thì hãy báo trước cho mình nhé.
❥ Hãy cho mình mô tả chi tiết nhất về ý tưởng và yêu cầu của bạn, bao gồm cả reference (ref). Bạn có thể làm brief bằng Notion, Google Docs, hay bất cứ định dạng nào khác.
❥ Pose và ý tưởng trong commission không thể quá giống với reference gốc để tránh heavy ref.SỬA ĐỔI
❥ Bạn được phép sửa sketch miễn phí tối đa 3 lần, lần thứ 4 trở đi sẽ tính thêm 10.000/lần. Số lần sửa tối đa sau khi đã hoàn thành tranh là 2 lần (chỉ áp dụng cho chi tiết nhỏ). Những lần sửa vì lỗi của mình hoặc do mình hiểu nhầm thì sẽ không tính phí.NHẮC NHẸ
❥ Mình ít khi chủ động thông báo tiến trình commission vì có lịch trình thất thường. Nếu bạn tò mò hay lo lắng về tiến độ commission thì hãy thoải mái và lịch sự nhắc nhở mình.
❥ Mình sẽ không scam, quên, hay hủy đơn của bạn mà không có lý do. Mình mong bạn sẽ kiên nhẫn với việc mình đăng tranh khác giữa chừng hay làm comm lâu, có thể là mấy tháng vì mình thường làm theo cảm hứng và sửa lại hoặc vẽ lại liên tục nếu thấy không hợp ý.
